PBS4 provides support workers for people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. They wanted a series of recruitment flyers with a bold, distinctive approach to help attract new staff. By using photographs of their own team, we created a campaign that showcased the company’s fun, energetic, and rebellious side.

PBS4 recognised that the wording used within the recruitment flyers also reflected the way they describe and support the people in their care. To strengthen the campaign, a series of striking pull-up banners was produced to complement the flyer designs, alongside matching Facebook adverts created specifically for the recruitment campaign.
